# Use onFormSubmitted with CTA Popup

Hello,

I’ve created a simple form. Then I’ve created a CTA popup, and have selected the form I made for it to use.

The CTA settings handles all the embedding from HubSpot.

I’d like to perform a “onFormSubmitted” function after the form inside the popup is submitted.

How to do this if I can’t edit any embed code?

Hi @MYoung83

You can only [customise the Form Embed code](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/cms/start-building/building-blocks/modules/forms) to use the onFormSubmit if the Form is set to Raw HTML.

I haven’t found any way to customise the Pop Up Form unless you build your own Pop Up logic.
