Enable the ability to insert and render custom contact properties (e.g. video URLs, social links, content notes, or other KYC data) directly inside Prospecting Agent and/or email templates — not just view them in the contact record.
The Problem
Prospecting teams often collect valuable context about leads and creators — details that live as custom properties on contact objects. For example:
- Video_URL_1
- Video_URL_2
- Recent_Content_Link
- Favorite_Topic
Currently, while these fields can be stored as custom properties within the CRM, they cannot be ingested via the Prospecting Agent dynamically or used in outbound email content.
That means if my prospecting team researches two of a creator’s latest videos and logs those as custom contact properties, I can’t automatically reference those inside the personalized outreach email. I have to manually copy and paste them — breaking workflow automation and scaling personalization.
The Use Case
We run outreach for content creators and influencers. Each prospect’s profile includes two recent videos that our team pulls from their channels for reference. When we send outreach, we want to say:
“We loved your recent videos: {{contact.Video_URL_1}} and {{contact.Video_URL_2}} — especially how you broke down the editing workflow!”
Currently, this isn’t possible using the Prospecting Agent, even though it’s a game changer for automation and sequence management. We want the system to:
- Parse and render custom contact properties (from HubSpot CRM) inside context and/or email templates
- Allow these properties to be used as personalization tokens or merge fields
- Support text and hyperlink rendering (so URLs can be clickable)
- Integrate seamlessly into existing template and token logic
Proposed Functionality
- Dynamic Property Insertion: Use syntax like {{contact.custom_property_name}} or {{custom.Video_URL_1}}
- Preview Mode: Show property values inline during email preview
- Fallback Logic: Support defaults like {{contact.Video_URL_1 | default: ‘your latest video’}}
- Multi-value Support: Allow up to 3–5 embedded links or objects
- Template Integration: Works across sequences, manual emails, and automated workflows
PS - also the Catagory at the bottom of the submission form doesnt have Breeze, Prospecting Agent or AI, so thats a secondary idea ![]()
