Our company is now a conglomerate of five companies. Since the new integrations, we have been running very close to our Marketing Tier limit. I need recently recategorized some of the marketing contacts as non-marketing, but this will not update until April 1, 2023. I can not wait this long! Does anyone know how much the extra contacts will cost me per month? And once you are moved up to the next marketing tier can you go back down and not be charged the monthly fee if these contacts are recategorized as non-marketing?

If you exceed your marketing contacts tier at any time, you will be billed immediately. The fee for marketing contacts is a blended rate based on the number of contacts purchased and the applicable rates.
And once you are moved up to the next marketing tier can you go back down and not be charged the monthly fee if these contacts are recategorized as non-marketing?
You can designate contacts as marketing contacts at any time, and your changes will take effect immediately. You can also designate contacts as non-marketing contacts at any time. However, those changes will take effect only at the start of the following month or your contract renewal date — whichever comes first — and your contact tier pricing cannot be downgraded until your contract renewal date.

Following up on this - is there any way to manage the contacts so that you do not go over the limit? I can’t afford to go up to the next tier! What if you delete some of the marketing contacts?
