URL link to Appsource does not work correct

We are selling a product in Appsource from Microsoft. We include a Link URL in a Marketing Email to our product page in Appsource. When recipient clicks on this links he is directed to the URL with some extra code for tracking. Due to this extra code Appsource sometime gives a 404 error back, instead of the correct page. Is there some workaround for this problem?

Funny coincidence, I experienced the same this morning in another scenario: When posting an Appsource link on LinkedIn, sometimes a 404 is returned.

In other words, this does not seem to be a HubSpot issue, it’s an Appsource issue. I assume it has to do with link shorteners and/or parameters added to the URL.

This also means that there is not a fix for this from within HubSpot. I’d recommend taking this to Microsoft Appsource support.
