HubSpot workflows currently lack the ability to report on specific branches and actions within branches. This severely limits our ability to analyze workflow performance, particularly when using third-party integrations for dynamic filtering. We urgently need:
- Action-level reporting: Generate reports based on specific workflow branches and branch actions.
- Exportable action-based contact lists: Export lists of contacts who experienced a particular branch and/or action.
- Branch action total counts: Display total counts for each branch and branch action within the ‘action logs’ tab.
These enhancements are crucial for effective workflow analysis and optimization.
