Urgent- Imported Contacts, All Prior Contacts Dissapeared

Hello,

I imported a batch of about 200 contacts using the import contact excel spreadsheet. When I look at the contacts now, only the contacts I just imported are present, not any of the 400 existing contacts I had before the import. Where did they go? Why did they disappear? Can I get them back?

Hi @ejoyce

The view you are looking at is probably “filtered” to show you the contacts you just imported.

If you go to Contacts (top left) then Contacts (sub menu) can you see all your Contacts?

Thanks for your response. I can only see the new batch of contacts imported. I have explored different views as well and can only see the new contacts. Please help.

There’s a couple of possibilities:

a) when you imported the contacts they were in the system and they were updated

b) they have been accidentally fdelted in which case they can be restored.

Difficult to tell without looking at your HubSpot Portal.
