Hello, I am trying to upload the font file in cmsdefaultsystem pages. But I couldn’t do that. The options “New File in Fonts” “Upload file in fonts” are visible but are not accessible. I hope you can help me with this! ---

Hello @Arunkishore thank you for posting in our Community! I want to share this **[developer’s doc here](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/cms/building-blocks/themes/custom-fonts)** where you can add custom fonts to a theme. [This knowledge](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/website-pages/use-fonts-in-hubspot)base is a more accessible way of adding fonts to general HubSpot features instead of just the theme code files. I don’t _think_ it’s expected to appear in the rich text font option, but rather you reference it in the code. To our top experts @Anton @Kevin-C @JBeatty any recommendations to @Arunkishore matter? There are a few possible reasons why you might not be able to upload font files in CMS Default System pages. Here are some things to check: - Permissions: Make sure you have the necessary permissions to upload files to the Fonts directory. - File format: The font file you are trying to upload may not be in a supported format. CMS Default System may only support certain font formats, such as TTF or OTF. - File size: The font file you are trying to upload may be too large. CMS Default System may have a maximum file size limit for font uploads. - Server configuration: There may be a problem with the server configuration that is preventing you from uploading font files. ---

And while hovering there, it doesn’t ask to get permission from admin also…So I hope, it is not a permission issue. Meanwhile, I didn’t even select the file, so file format & and file size are also not an issue here. ---

Hello @Arunkishore , If you are still unable to log in after following these steps, I would recommend connecting with [HubSpot Technical Support](http://help.hubspot.com/), as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real time assistance for this matter, including hopping on a screenshare if necessary. I approached Hubspot Support initially. They said that I should have the option and didn’t know why this happened. Also mentioned, that they are not trained developers to support design tools and suggested me to consult [HubSpot developer forum](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Developers/ct-p/developers).
