It would be great if HubSpot allows users to upload a file when creating a new record via internal forms. I tried uploading a file through the “Create Deal” form, but even when a custom property with the “file upload” field was added to the form, the field only accepts text input and there is no option to upload files.
At this point in time, the only way to do this is to attach a file to the deal record after it is created. However, this involves a few additional steps and it would be a lot more user-friendly if we could upload files directly to the deal record through the internal “create deal” form.

These improvements will allow you to upload files to custom file properties, enabling use cases such as requiring files to be attached when a deal is created (for example).
