I am trying to make a custom email signature. My issue is getting an image to appear successfully.
I have tried dropbox and gmail but hubspot says ‘Sorry, we couldn’t find that image. Please try again.’
I have made a share link in dropbox but still no joy. I’ve tried to locate where I can upload it to hubspot but ‘files’ doesn’t appear to be where various tutorials and the customer support on the chat say it should be.
Any clues would be great! Really struggling to find a good way to make an html email signature with 1 image and social media links. I’m happy to pay a one-off payment but not looking to sign up to a monthly subscription forever!!!
If you don’t see that, it could be a permissions issue, but that should be available on free, you’ll just be limited on file size. A logo should be just fine.

I’ve also seen issues with Google Drive/Gmail and making those public simply because of the way the URL is created, it’s not a full path to the image URL. I don’t use DropBox, but I believe there are similar issues with that.
Do you have a website on WordPress or something similar? You can upload the file to that webserver as an option.
If you don’t have a website or you don’t know how to upload files to the server, there are options online to host images for free, which would work OK for this solution. Ultimately you just need a URL to the image, and that image needs to be available to the public. To test that, open the URL in an incognito window to see if the image loads for you.
