just to be sure, when i upload a document it should be related with a contact, company deal or ticket.
is there any space that i can use to store and file documents without associated with a conatct or company?

If I am understanding your question correctly, I think this will help.
If you are on Marketing Starter or above:
1. In the main navigation, go to Marketing > Files and Templates > Files
2. Upload your documents/files from there.
If you are on HubSpot Free, this is a bit hidden:
1. In the main navigation, go to Marketing > Email
2. Select the More tools menu.
3. In the More tools menu, select File manager
4. Upload your files.
