Updating document

Hi,

We moved and all my saved document (3 of 5) need to be changed. I do not want to lose historical data. Any recommendations?

Hey @gelflex-cc

You can replace a document file by navigating to the document and selecting Re-upload. I tested this out on my end and confirmed that this updates the document file, but the data on Shares, Visitors and Views remains.

Hi @adimarino , does the pixel in the previous document continue working?

I need to upload a new version of the same document because of a typo but, in addition to not losing the historical information, I want to continue receiving new information about the previous document.
Is this possible?

Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies? You can do this following these steps. This process refreshes information in your browser and often allows HubSpot to work more smoothly.
