Hi @lale,

Are you referring to [documents](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/documents/use-documents) or [files](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/files/upload-files-to-use-in-your-hubspot-content)? Could you share more details as to how the links changed? What did they look like before, what are they now?

Best regards

Thank you for your response, Karsten;
I’m referring to documents(like use case, and business model…). We used Hubspot to create an emailing campaign, and we uploaded the documents that we already had, but I didn’t expect the Links to change.
As a result of the changing links, individuals are unable to open the documents.
I hope this clarifies my point for you.

Hi @lale,

HubSpot documents are not meant for use in marketing emails, as they’re meant for specific contacts, see here: [Upload and share documents](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/documents/use-documents#share-from-the-documents-tool)

That’s why some recipients might not be able to access the document.

If you want to share openly accessible files in a marketing email campaign, you should use [files](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/files/upload-files-to-use-in-your-hubspot-content).

Best regards!
