Please update the logo for Twitter to new X logo in the email assets for drag-and-drop editor.
Hi, in order to follow social network evolution it can be nice to replace “Twitter” logo by “X”. Have a nice day.

Hi, This KB article explains how to customize how the social icons appear and how to add a custom one (but you will need to create the custom graphic).
Would be great if HubSpot would replace the default Twitter icon with the new X icon so users don’t have to do any graphic design work--I came here to upvote anyone who’s already suggested that!
YES! Why hasn’t HubSpot already updated the logo to use in their software? HS is supposed to be a leading marketing platform and can’t even keep up with social media. Twitter has now been X for weeks and has also increased their character counts. Yet, HubSpot emails still have the same bird twitter logo and social media posting still limits you to the old character count. Come on, HubSpot!
Yes, please. This should be built into the HubSpot native icons for social media. Have both if you want, but please add the “X” icon.

Yes, I agree since it seems we cannot replace the logos without going through each email and update it. My compliance team has just recommended we change this.

I just got this response from Hubspot and really don’t understand it: “Regarding updating the Twitter icon to the new X, I’m afraid that we have not had any correspondence from X on when we will be authorized to implement the change for the logo. Once we do receive confirmation, we’ll update the HubSpot references to Twitter, along with any HubSpot assets that use the Twitter logo.” You have to be authorised to use it??
That makes no sense. Every other marketing tool we use has updated the logo. X has a brand toolkit to make using the logo easy. About X | Our logo, brand guidelines, and tools
Any chance we can do away with the twitter logo in the icon library for social platforms? Twitter doesn’t exist anymore and there is no easy way to switch it out.
We have added a new fontawesome icon set to the icon field, which should now give you the ability to use the new X logo.
