Hi, I recently updated my last name in my account settings, but I noticed that the change hasn’t been reflected on my certification. Could you please let me know how I can update the name on the certificate as well? Thank you! ---

Hi there! A few tips: First, make sure you’ve updated your name correctly in your HubSpot account settings. To do this: - Click your profile picture in the top right corner of your HubSpot account. - Select **Profile & Preferences**. - Under the General section, update your **First Name** and **Last Name** fields. - Hit **Save** to lock in the changes. Log out and back into your account to see if changes are reflected. Also, make sure that these updates are being done on the same portal you’re using to do the Academy certifications. Eg. If you’re a user on two different HubSpot portals, the certifications you get in one will not be showing in the other unless you transfer them, and the same goes for your name on the certifications. Hi I’ve corrected ny name in my profile and even had to retake the exam but no changes What else am i supposed to do? ---

Hi @SD35 and welcome, we are delighted to have you on the HubSpot Community! After changing the name used in your HubSpot profile, can you please try to use an incognito window and then check the certification again. This may take a few minutes to update. If it still doesn’t update, can you please send **via DM** : - a screenshot of your HubSpot profile - a screenshot of the name on the certification - your Hub ID - your email - the name of the certification on which you don’t see the updated name Thanks and have a great day!
