We use the “Last contacted” property as a filter for a contact list, but when logging emails using the Hubspot @forward email address, although they are logged into the contact record, the “Last contacted” property is not updated. Therefore, the contacts are not moved to the right list. Would be great to have this feature.
Totally agree this is a painful oversight. Our sales team loves how automated email logging is but often times when we are on-boarding new team members, they want to forward a bunch of existing emails to get the context in the system and take advantage of the automated Contact / Company creation.
