# Update Functionality to Reply to Surveys

We love that we can reply directly to a feedback survey, but this feature doesn’t automatically include a reference to the survey entries. It would be incredibly helpful if we could automatically include the entries below our reply so the customer knows what they entered in the survey.

While at it, please also make the email text box taller. It is just 1 line high…

Emails sent to customers via the survey feedback should also be trackable. Now if we answer the customer it’s almost impossible to find his eventual answer.
