Hi team,
As of now, influenced contacts when added into the campaign, remains within it despite the assets being removed.
For instance, if a customer were to accidentally associate static lists to the campaign and remove them immediately after, the influenced contacts data would not remove those contacts from the static lists.
This makes it difficult for the customer especially if their campaign is already mid-way. thank you!
Seconding, running into this issue currently and I have no idea why this isn’t native logic.
I’d also love to do this. I had a case where I added the wrong contacts to a workflow and couldn’t remove those contacts as “influenced contacts” from that campaign. the number was inaccurate.
This needs to be solved, messes with reporting data
Adding another upvote for this. We added a list (segment) incorrectly to a campaign. After undoing the mistake and unassociating the list from the campaign, the campagin influenced contacts does not revert. Either it should revert or removing campaing assets should be disallowed from campaigns. This is leaving the application in an inconsistent state which is a source of confusion.
Adding another upvote for this. We had a list (segment) mistakenly associated to a campaign. We removed the association however the campaign retains the influenced contacts. We either need to be able to revert or removing campaign assets should not be allowed in the UI. This is leaving the application in an inconsistent state and a source of confusion.
