While you’re creating the private note feature, it would be EXTREMELY useful if you could also add a “No Show” checkbox. We use the HubSpot meeting scheduler link to allow prospects to schedule calls with our sales team, and the no-show rate is around 40%. We’d like to keep track of these no-shows by checking a box on the meeting activity that says “Customer did not show” or “No show” or something like that.
