Hi. I’m confused. How do I know which courses to take which could be added to my Upwork profile?

When I type ‘design’ in the search bar, ‘graphics design’, and ‘growth-driven design’ come up, which one do I take?

There are no suggestions or relevant matches when I type ‘contextual marketing’ or ‘agency partner’ either…

Are these certificates paid? Please help.
