Hello, there’s an issue when sending emails via HubSpot. When the message reaches the recipient, it shows a notification that the email is unverified. What can be done to prevent this notification from appearing? I would appreciate your help.

Hi @WNiemiec,

You would have to authenticate your email sending domain to prevent this from happening: [Manage your email authentication](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/marketing-email/manage-email-authentication-in-hubspot)

This requires a paid Marketing, Sales, Service, or Content Hub Starter subscription. In the free CRM, this cannot be solved.

Best regards!

Hello,
Do I understand correctly that the 2,000 emails you offer to send cannot be sent correctly? And we cannot test whether your system works properly in the basic version?

@WNiemiec I do not work for HubSpot, nor do I speak for HubSpot. I’m someone who helps other HubSpot users in their free time in the community.

Correct, it is not possible to authenticate your email sending domain in the free tools.

Thank you for your help, and I apologize if my response was slightly aggressive.

Do you recommend any tool that specializes only in sending emails and does not harm the domain reputation?

@WNiemiec other users have integrated Mailchimp with HubSpot, so that would be one option.

In general, not connecting your sending domain doesn’t mean that you’re harming your domain reputation – after all, it’s not connected.

However, by not connecting it you’re ensuring the recipient / receiving email service provider that you’re trustworthy, so that part is missing. Your emails are sent using the HubSpot infrastructure but using your company name. For the receiving side, this looks like someone could be attempting to look like you.

The necessary authentication solves for this. HubSpot is likely not offering this as part of the free CRM as it would lower the threshold too much for people to abuse the system.

Let me know if you have any follow-up questions!
