For me, Hubspot has been all about consolidating information so it’s easy to access in one place, but many businesses will have hundreds of fields that can drown the information you have on that company. If there was a button to flick between seeing only fields that were filled out, you’d have instant access to that information rather than scrolling through empty fields yet to be completed.
Hi @LukeDoulton,
Could you specify what you’d like to (not) see? Can you give an example?
It sounds like what you’re trying to do can be achieved with filtered views: View and filter records
Simply choose a property and select “is known” and HubSpot will only return records that have a value in this field.
Best regards!
Hi Karsten, Thanks for the message. Its actually for a client of ours. They are an insurer and have a lot of fields in a section of a company record, most of which aren’t filled out. They are sometimes needed though.
They want to be able to view that profile but only showing fields that contain information. Does that make sense?
Nearly, only if that button was on the original profile before digging into the “all properties” page, that is what I mean!
Hi @LukeDoulton,
That’s currently not a feature, unfortunately. It’s either accepting the additional click or the requesting the feature in HubSpot Ideas section of the community.
Best regards!
