When I am creating custom reports, one of the options us Unsummarizdd data and Summarized data.

I am not finding a definition and example of both of these things and the differences.

Can anyone shed light? I understand the definition of summarized vs unsummarized as two words in the Enchlo

Hi @RJaffe,

In a summarized table, HubSpot will only allow three data points (e.g. Lifecycle stage, Create date, Count of contacts) and automatically make the first data point the rows, the second the columns and the third the values.

Try this and move around Lifecycle stage and Create date:

 ![karstenkoehler_0-1710430210819.png](https://d2qpr2jzcazej7.cloudfront.net/original/3X/5/b/5b8b53025b450945e615fcab76fc7871623c9db7.png)

In an unsummarized table, each record gets its own row, each column corresponds to a data point (potentially dozens of contact properties, for example), HubSpot will not group anything and you can include more than three data points.

Best regards

Is there a way to remove any headings from the unsummarized dataset?

I want to show unsummerized data on the table.
Since the last answer to the orginal question, Hubspot has now changed. Please can you answer this quesiton again with its new set up and explain how to configure the table to unsummerized.
