Unsubscribe triggers workflow that can send an email before the contact is unsubscribed

We have a SaaS platform for video training (https://uqualio.com). Users can create a free trial from our website.

When the free trial is create our app creates the contact and a deal. The deal triggers our onboarding email workflow.

We see that a few contacts opt out of all emails after the first or second email. When this happen we want to inform them that their free trial will be deleted as well.

To automate this we need the option to send an email from a workflow BEFORE the contact changes finally into opt out of all marketing emails.

ALTERNATIVES:

1. We can change the global unscribe text to ‘Please note that if you have a free trial it will be deleted as well’.

2. When user opts out of all emails we can filter on condition ‘when free trial deal active show confirmation message’ with the message above.

3. All marketing emails have a common unsubscribe block that I can add to all marketing emails for automation included in the free trial workflows (or all workflows for that sake).

This would be really helpful. We’ve found from personal interaction with our customers that some of them get unsubscribed by their mail platforms; they never opted to unsubscribe themselves. Being able to automate an email to them to confirm an unsubscribe action would be extremely helpful.

Thanks @BenTS. This would be great having in HubSpot soon.
