Hello HubSpot Community, I wanted to know if there is a work around when some clicks on the unsubscribe link to be automatically unsubscribed rather than being taken to the preferences’ page.
@johnwick88667 I don’t believe this is currently possible, I would suggest adding other subscription types to your portal so that users can unsubscribe from receiving specific types of email versus email altogether.
This allows you to have other opportunities to engage with those users if they have opted into receiving other types of emails.
There are two different kind of links, you can use. One to the subscription preferences page, and one to the unsubscribe all page. Here is how they are inserted:
In the default option of the footer module you can choose between one of the links or both:
In the custom footer option you can link your unsubscribe text(s) like this:
