Unrolled in sequence --> call 'connected' -- > automatically unenrolled

Hi Developers,

I was asked by your support to share my feedback here.

I would like to provide input on something to develop:

If I have enrolled a contact in a sequence (automatic emails only

) and If I call this person (ad hoc call que), and the outcome is ‘connected’ --> If so, I want the sequence to be stopped automatically.

Contact enrolled in sequence --> ad hoc call outcome is ‘connected’ -- > automatically unenrolled.
Would be great to have this to avoid that emails are sent automatically when we have had a call outcome connected (during the sequence).

Best regards,

Hi @LMollberg,

This can already be achieved but requires a Sales or Service Hub Enterprise license: Enroll and unenroll contacts in sequences using workflows

Using a workflow, you would enroll contacts into a workflow based on a call outcome and then unenroll them from the sequence.

You could request that this feature is moved to a Professional level instead of Enterprise in the ideas section of the community: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/idb-p/HubSpot_Ideas

The product team reviews these requests based on their popularity. From experience, HubSpot does not make these decisions lightly when it comes to which subscription a feature is placed in. There are only a few select instances of this happening.

In other words: An Enterprise upgrade is with a high likelihood inevitable if you want to accomplish this.

Best regards!

Hi Karsten, how would this impact the sequence metric numbers? Would this connected and subsequent workflow be marked as replied within the sequence and adding towards the overall replied number within the sequence?

Hi! I’m trying to implement this workflow currently, but I’m not seeing any of my prospects enroll in the workflow to unenroll from the sequence they’re in. Do you have examples of triggers and actions required to make this happen?

This can also be achieved without a Sales Enterprise by using our tool, Enrollem.

Any paid plan offers the ‘unenroll from sequence’ action!
