Hi All,

We discovered this hack a couple of months ago. We hadn’t realised how powerful HubSpots search functionality is across notes. With this discovery we started to use Hashtags, to help find certain information faster.

Our best use case of this has been how we now ensure product feedback is recongnised with a hashtag so that it’s easily searchable in HubSpot and any team member can use it.

I’ve used unique words to remember a note before to access via search, but never thought about using a hashtag, thank so much for sharing this!

That’s sweet. As you said Dan, I knew Notes was searchable, but hadn’t come across a use case to make me consider it deeply. I have now. And you helped me solve it. A great humpday result.

Biggest win in this particular use case is that it brings together two business functions within HubSpot. Always a good idea to stay in the good books of the product team :slightly_smiling_face:
