who is Unknown sender and how it can close conversations?

so manager sees notification on conversation but can’t find it because it instantly closed by Unknown sender

From what I can tell, this is working as designed. Conversation threads can be closed in several ways:

  • Manually click “Close” in the thread header
  • Use “Send and close” to send a reply message and close the thread in one action
  • Move an associated ticket into a “Closed” pipeline stage
  • Close threads via bulk actions

Given the screenshots you’ve provided, several of these scenarios may have played out. For example, you’ve highlighted that a ticket was closed. If that ticket was associated with a conversation thread, that thread would also be closed.

The more information, screenshots, and details you can provide, the better I can advise on the next steps.
