There has been talk about how non-Hubspot forms are merging contact emails, which causes data issues. I suggest an overall setting to “Always create new contact records” for any new email addresses that enter the system.
We only want emails to be merged if we can 100% validate that it is the same contact. Hubspot cannot guarantee this. Also, many businesses prefer email addresses to be held separately and never merged. This setting would help greatly.
