I’m looking to pull list of the overall unengaged contacts from the year 2020 -2023. Which “All Contacts” filters would work best to achieve that?

Hi @ASimmons1,

I’d filter with the following criteria:

- Sends since last engagement (see [here](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/what-is-graymail-and-how-can-i-avoid-sending-my-email-to-unengaged-contacts#how-does-hubspot-calculate-unengaged-contacts)) and
- Last marketing email send date

Using these properties, you can filter for contacts you emailed in a given date range and who have not interacted with an email in a long time. Alternatively, you can also pull in properties like:

- Last marketing email open date
- Last marketing email click date

If you want to follow the default criteria, they’re explained here: [Understand graymail and avoid sending email to unengaged contacts](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/what-is-graymail-and-how-can-i-avoid-sending-my-email-to-unengaged-contacts#how-does-hubspot-calculate-unengaged-contacts)

Best regards!
