Just created our first sequence. 32 contacts.

I checked it a couple days later, and noticed there was a 16 person bounce. 50%… ouch.

How do i see how it bounced though? All i get in the sequence is error under status. I ran a view that shows hard bounces and there were only 3 couple hard bounces.

I want to fix our email deliverability issues, but how do I find out the reason for these sequence bounces?

Hi @Keegan4123,

Sequence emails are sent via a personal connected inbox - you should get emails about those delivery issues straight into that inbox when a send fails. Have you checked?

Yeh didn’t get anything. The only way i knew was going into the sequence results itself.
