i’m trying to unblock a mail account:
- If the initial delivery attempt for an invitation email fails to be delivered, HubSpot will block the corresponding email address, and you will need to contact HubSpot Support to get help with manually unbouncing the address.
I can’t get the mail working, because the mail (login mail / create acccount) never arrives.
The mail adres does work, I send multiple emails to the adres all arrive.
I tried to talk to sales bout this: Add HubSpot users
They can’t send me mail on that address.

I looked at everything but i still get this.
In the mailbox I have had emails from hubspot but the signup reactive dot not arrive.

When you resend the invite email, see below, you should get the chance to generate an invite link directly, bypassing the email:

Solved!!!
I went to password forgot / reste password and this mail arrived!!!
HubSpot Login and Sign in this worked email arrived.
I think you can add this to your suggestions!
