I am unable to view the associated contact that submits a ticket on the ticket board.

Are you referring to a ticket record or the ticket index page?
If it’s the former, this looks like it might be a permissions issue. Is it possible that an admin has restricted your access to contacts? HubSpot user permissions guide
If you’re referring to the ticket index page (Menu > Service > Tickets), then this is a matter of displaying the column. Click Actions > Edit columns and click ‘Associated Contacts’:
On the board view of the ticket index page, associated contacts will only be shown as small icons on the ticket card, not spelled out with their full name.

Hey @LStampp, make sure you add the column in to view the associated contacts.
Step 1: Click on Actions in the table view, and then select Edit columns.
Step 2: Make sure or Add Associated Contacts as a column.
