Hello,
we encounter a problem with activating greyscale icon for our own integration app. It’s possible to upload a .png, select foreground, click Use icon and commit changes by Save button.
In the attachment of this topic you can see the result.

It looks that everything works properly but it doesn’t because after refreshing page greyscale icon disappears.

To confirm, are you saying the grayscale icon does not save?
If so, could you share the icon you wish to upload? I would like to try and reproduce the behavior.

Thank you for recording that video. I was able to replicate this behavior in my account as well. I even tried a different icon.
