Hi, I have created a landing page but I am unable to upload a featured image. I have tried every way of adding an image - outside of the landing page too too, but I can only add from my library, not upload a new image. Can anyone advise? Thanks ---

Hi @Fran, could be a number of things like your browser not being up to date, or an extension conflicting, a caching issue. I would recommend: - [Clearing your cache](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/website-pages/clear-your-browser-cache) - Updating your browser - Disabling extensions to see if that helps! ---
