integrated jotform and hubspot

submit a form in jotform but no creation of contact/ deal in hubspot

Hi @BAUTOMOBILE

How have you integrated Jotform and HubSpot?

Have you checked the integration settings or the integration troubleshooting guide?

What are you trying to capture on the form, and what is happening (or not) in HubSpot.

Without this information it is not possible to even suggest a fix.

jotform being a information collector and to integrate to hubspot contact/  
create deal  
integration setting shows successful  
tried uninstall and re-integrate , same thing happen.  
to capture name,contact, email, etc (available from the drop down list)  
tried fill up form in jotform and no new creation in hubspot
