We have integrated Go to Webinar with our Hubspot - However we are unable to see the option to associate Forms to a relevant upcoming webinar. Anyone else faced this issue ?

When looking to create a form that will automatically register contacts for a webinar, your team would have to ensure that these conditions are fulfilled:
- the form must contain these fields: “email”, “firstname”, “lastname”
- these fields must be required fields
- no field other than these can be required
On my end, I created a hstest landing page and a hstest form on portal 292xxxx and I’m able to see that under the form module > Form options > There’s a GoToWebinar registration dropdown:
