Can I have assistance with renewing my SEO certificate? All items on the left show completed with an orange tick, but unable to navigate how to renew/retake the exam again as stated in the email. Your help is greatly appreciated as I’m set to expire on March 1 2023, tomorrow.
I’m not understanding why when I click the button to renew/retake the exam, the page it brings me to doesn’t give me that option. How do I retake the exam to renew my SEO certification?

It let me retake the exam today. I think the emails that go out to us when our certifications are about to expire should explain that you are NOT able to retake the exam until your certification has officially expired. This minor language change would save a lot of people a lot of confusion based on similar threads I found on this topic which also didn’t have resolutions.
