To remove the asterisk, you can try checking the form builder’s settings to see if there is an option to mark the field as optional. Alternatively, you can change the placeholder text to include an asterisk, indicating that the field is required. For example, you could change the placeholder to “Email Address*” or “Enter your Email Address*”.

To remove the asterisk you have to first make this field unrequired at hubspot form level. Here is the screenshot for your reference
Also after the update the Placeholder text with ‘Enter Your Email Address’.
