Unable to post on Facebook.

I manage 50 Facebook pages, many of which have identical posts being scheduled regularly. Some posts, but not all, end up being marked “Unsuccessful” by Hubspot and don’t go live.

Hubspot says on the backend, there is an error: “You’re restricted from acting as your Page until you complete Page Publishing Authorization. Switch back to your Primary Profile to complete authorization under - Settings - Account Settings - Identity Confirmation. Complete verification or you will be restricted indefinitely.”

I’ve gone through Facebook and submitted identification, had it reviewed and okay’d. However, I am still experiencing the same issue.

Anyone experienced this before?

Checking more details on a similar case with this error message and usually, the error of this second post is a transient error on Facebook’s end. From Facebook’s documentation here as well, error code 1: "Unknown API error - Possibly a temporary issue due to downtime. I would recommend to please retry the post.

Hi Pam, I’ve tried multiple times. About half posts go through, but others are unsuccessful. Very odd.
