I subscribe to a service that uses hubspot to post documents for its subscribers to view. On some (but not all) of these documents I am prompoted to login to my account to view. When I try to login I get stuck in a continuous loop of the login page. I hit log in and it just refreshes the same login page and I am never able to view these documents.
I have tried to login using Google Chrome, Safari and Microsoft Edge on both a Mac and Windows. I have cleared my cache and I have enable all cookies and I have tried Incognito mode. Nothing works to allow me to view these documents.

This sounds like a mistake on their end, not yours. Unless you’re referring to a membership area that requires registration, the service is probably using links that are not meant for external sharing in email marketing.
The people managing this service are either using either internal, private or preview links which are not accessible to anyone outside of their portal, only for logged-in users of their portal. You could let them know by replying to one of their emails and send them here. Without having seen the emails and links, it’s hard to tell what exactly the issue is but it sounds solvable.
In any case, there isn’t anything that you can do on your end to get access to these documents immediately.
