Unable to install and connect Freshsales Suite

I cannot install and connect Freshsales Suite. There is no .io option and both myfreshworks.com and freshworks.com drop down could not connect too.

Hoping for some assistance. Thank you.

It sounds like you’re encountering some challenges with installing and connecting the Freshsales Suite app from the HubSpot App Marketplace. Here are a few things you might check:

  1. Ensure Proper Setup: Please ensure all proper steps have been followed. You can see the setup guide here.
  2. Check if the app was installed: Navigate to Settings :gear: > Account Setup > Connected Apps and check to see if the Freshsales Suite migration app is installed and that it doesn’t have a “NEEDS ATTENTION” label, if it does, select Resolve in settings.
  3. Permissions and Access: Confirm that you have the administrative permissions needed in both HubSpot and Freshsales to install apps. If you’re unsure, you might need to contact your system administrator.
  4. Clear Browser Cache: Sometimes, browser issues can interfere with loading and connection processes. Try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser to connect the app.
  5. Support: If these steps don’t help, I’d suggest reaching out first to the HubSpot’s Freshsales Suite App Support by navigating to the Freshsales Suite in the market place and if you scroll down on the right side you will see the HubSpot’s Freshsales Suite App Support options as shown below. If this doesn’t work, try reaching out to Freshsales support team.
