It’s ridiculous that you need to have that many steps. So easy to add a dropdown to add an import to an existing list… or at the very least, if you enter the exact name of an existing list, it should warn and say “A list with that name already exists. Add to this list? [ yes ] [no, create a new list]”
HubSpot already has this exact functionality with saving sections in email marketing. It’s crazy that there is so much workaround just to import contacts, which is one of the most basic components of a CRM / email marketing system that every other platform has.
