Hello, I messaged someone from HubSpot to transfer my certifications from old company email to my personal email address, but they are unable to find it. Is it possible they can’t find it because it could be over a year?

It could be possible, unless otherwise specified, that all certification badges expire one year from the end of the month following when they were granted. Certification participants will need to renew their certification status on or prior to this expiration in order to retain access to the certification badge.
