My certifications were transfered from my personal account to my work account.they show as completed, but the award cannot be generated. the certifications are Inbound marketing, Marketing, Sales and service. What could be the issue?

Thanks for attempting to self serve by transferring your own certifications. I was able to look into the one certification, “Inbound Marketing” and see the course is not completed, but could you please provide the full names of the other courses that you’re looking into? Once we have this, I’ll pass this along to the academy team to look further into the issue for you.
