The free version of HubSpot allows only 10 custom properties total across your entire account, not per object (like Contacts, Companies, Deals, etc.). This limit includes properties created manually and also those created automatically by integrations (like Zoom).
If you’re only seeing 8 properties under Contacts, it’s possible the remaining ones are tied to other objects. Be sure to check custom properties under all object types in your property settings.
Regarding Zoom-related properties:
If you’re no longer using the Zoom integration, try uninstalling it by going to: Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps, then revisit the properties and try archiving them again.
