Unable to customize Contact page

Hi!

I am unable to customize the individual Contact page. Under the Settings > Contacts & Companies > Set the properties your team sees on contact records, I set the following options:

But in the Contact page, I see this:

Which has excess properties I’m not interested in specifically “Lifecycle stage” (which I want to supplant with my own “Contact Type”), “Phone number”, and “Last contacted”.

How can I remove these properties from the Contact page?

Hi @hsnk

By the looks of it, you will have to remove the unwanted fields manually from your contact record view.

The system-wide settings will not override changes already made by individuals, you included, in their personal contact view.

In the contact view click ‘view all properties’ and then click the x alongside the properties you no longer want to see in the about box.
