Unable to create a line item with hs_allow_buyer_selected_quantity

As subject, really. Creating a quote through the API, but no matter what we pass in as `hs_allow_buyer_selected_quantity`, customer is stuck with whatever the basic quantity we pass through is. Everything else is working fine, it’s just this param.

Anyone got this working…?

Took a bit more digging, but got to the bottom of this.
