I am trying to obtain my certificate for the HubSpot Content Hub for Marketers course. I activated the free trial to complete the practical exercises (which I passed), but I encountered an issue with the “Add Smart Text to a Page” exercise. Although I could complete the exercise successfully outside of the course, the Smart Text tools and options disappeared when I attempted to do it within the exercise itself.
I verified that I was using the correct account and that my trial was still active, so there shouldn’t have been any issues.
As a workaround, I followed the steps in the exercise using the regular software and then submitted the created page through the exercise. (I hope that makes sense; it’s a bit difficult to explain 
).
Unfortunately, I didn’t pass the exercise again (that was my 3rd attempt). Could someone manually complete this exercise for me? I know I’m doing it right; the software just isn’t cooperating.
