Unable to Complete Certification without Paid Version of HubSpot

Does anyone know how to complete the practical exam portion of the HubSpot Certification withouith the paid version? I completed exam portion and it states I must complete the practical excersizes: Create a Buyer Persona, Outline Your Next CAmpaign and Create a Call-to-

Action. Any advie after all the time I put in to get this far??
