I am trying to re-purpose a custom property an old colleage added. I removed any usage from that property so it is 0% used now.
But i still for some reason can only select from 3 property types:
Multiple checkboxes
Radio select
Dropdown select
I want to change it to type ‘number’ but i don’t get that option.
Any idea why? I’m on free tier
Never mind, had to remove it from 3 “views”. So actually remove them from the columns setup
Hi @TvanderBurg,
If you want to change the type of a property, you first need to remove it from all places where it’s being used -- segments, workflows, reports, filtered views etc.
When you’re editing the property, you should see the usages in the left sidebar. Once fixed, you should be able to change the type.
